Mario and Heather Macias have been creating music together as, "Winter Of Our Faith", since 2015. Prior to that, they both had their own bands in the early 1990s, to which each one was the lead vocalist, and Mario wrote the music for his band. The music for this project is heavily influenced by alternative, ambient, ethereal, shoegaze, dreampop, jazz, Spanish rock, and Middle Eastern music styles.
